※High efficiency mixed plasticizing function: Surface area of polymer is 80 times than single screw, 30 times than twin screw.

※Efficient devolatilization technology: The drying system that free of crystallization realize the final perfect product even under the condition that the original material water content is 0.8%.

※Twin filtration system: Filtration accuracy is 70 microns and the final product reaches FDA grade.

※On-line viscosity test.

Forced vacuum exhaust system

The planetary segment is equipped with a strong vacuum extraction system. During the extrusion process of the planetary segment, the water vapor and volatiles of the melt are sucked out, cooled and discharged through the strong vacuum extraction system.
